What's Atarah Celestial Energy?
Atarah Celestial Energy Healing is a sacred modality that channels the divine frequencies of love, hope, and compassion. Flowing directly from the Seraphim, the highest order of angels, known as the burning ones, and guided by Archangel Metatron through sacred geometry, Atarah bridges heaven and earth to awaken the soul’s light. Entering through the crown chakra of the healer before flowing gently and powerfully into the client, it works not only with the seven main chakras but also the Earth Star, Knee, Alta Major, and Stellar Gateway, bringing harmony to body, mind, spirit, and aura. Atarah offers a deep sense of peace, release, and spiritual reconnection, helping you step forward in balance and wholeness.
What's Reiki?
Reiki is a natural, safe form of energy therapy that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. Improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing and self-improvement.
It does not replace traditional treatments but complements other types of medical and therapeutic treatments.

Chakra Balancing
Chakra Balancing restores the natural flow of energy through the body. The chakras are the energy centres in the body, which are associated with specific organs, nerve bundles, and spiritual and psychological properties. Aligning the seven main Chakras in the body, enhances overall health, emotional balance and spiritual growth.
Healing Benefits of Crystals
I incorporate the use of crystals into my healing practice. As crystals interact with the body's energy field, creating a holistic and natural complementary approach to therapy that taps into our body’s energy levels and promotes overall physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
What’s Energy Field Healing (EFH)?
EFH is an advanced form of energy work that helps clear and balance the human energy field (aura). Clear old dense energy patterns and re-energising the field to activate the body’s own self-healing abilities.
EFH helps with many conditions be them physical, mental, or emotional. The effects can be noticed immediately, and the healing process can be experienced for about 3-4 weeks after a session, it is advisable not to undergo any other form of energy work during this time.

My name is Sonya, and I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years of experience working in the caring field. Of which 18 of those in addictions, where I gained extensive experience supporting people facing challenges with substance use, mental health difficulties, and past trauma. Like many others, I too experienced the weight of stress, burnout, and emotional strain while juggling the demands of both work and life. At times, my own mental health was stretched to breaking point.
My journey through these experiences led me to explore deeper avenues of healing. In 2022, I discovered Reiki and found it to be a powerful support for my own mental well-being. From there, I trained as an Advanced Reiki Practitioner (Usui Reiki Level II), an Advanced Energy Field Healer, and most recently, an Atarah Celestial Energy Practitioner. Atarah is a profound new modality that works through the celestial gateways of the energy body, channelling divine frequencies of love, hope, and compassion. Guided by the presence of the Seraphim, the highest angelic beings of light, this healing helps release deep-rooted blockages, awaken the soul’s light, and restore harmony on all levels.
Drawing on both my professional background as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and my training in holistic therapies, I now bring together Reiki, Energy Field Healing, Atarah Celestial Energy Healing, and evidence-based mental health strategies. At Viola Serenity Healing, my aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for clients to release emotional blockages, overcome stress, and rediscover balance and wholeness in their lives. My integrated approach is designed to complement mainstream medicine, empowering you on your healing journey to build resilience, restore self-worth, and reconnect with inner peace.
